I realize that your focus is on human health, Erin, and I both appreciate and support that. But human health is only part of the picture. We really need to curtail fossil fuel extraction and use, and we need to accelerate our thus far feeble efforts to do so. So, rather than more of the same, with typical, marginally effective "compromise" regulations, how about calling for a roll-back on fracking, with a firm end date, shall we say not later than 12/31/2029?
By the way fracking and waste water injection are also scientifically linked to earthquakes, as I discussed in my recent Substack post @stephenschiff.
