How can I post pic of lab results from CA state waterboard what is in the soil and now released into air, ground water and storm drain. From huge construction that has been pumping massive amounts of ground water around the clock since started feb 21,2020 and still ongoing? With about 20 huge pumps around the clock every single day for 14 months now. Working under falsified invalid permit and not following any requirements and submitting fraud test reports to the waterboard. So they will approve permit for construction site as safe to build huge apartment building with several underground parking levels. When in real life the site is dangerous and severely hazardous to build on . And can cause huge disaster costing millions and life threatening for anybody in area. ????

I have seen first-hand and have footage and plenty of pictures to prove that raw sewage from a broken City pipe being dumped on public streets during a covid-19 pandemic in a community that was considered a "red zone" area. Also have footage of improper disposal of that sewage on lawns splattering everywhere it's absolutely disgusting, this is where our children play this is where we walk our animals this is the community I love my neighborhood. This also wasn't the first time this was the second time (the collapsed pipe wasn't fixed the first time) in a year and a half an. I have footage of both. I called the EPA, I called the Board of Health, nobody seemed to care to call me back or to care enough for the community to say hey that's a biohazard that's being dumped in the public streets and not properly contained and disposed of by proper regulations! I called on deaf ears is what it seemed because no one wanted to listen... I am still scratching my head thinking how could this be happening, this isn't right! So I called the news and I went on camera to show the disgrace of what I have been witnessing and enduring outside my home, my neighborhood, nobody else wanted to speak up so I did. That news report aired for 2 days and then all went quiet. I chimed in to the local newspaper and ask if they would cover the story and they did it made front page. It was being talked about amongst my community for about 2 weeks but no action to rectify the dumping of The Biohazard. So I went in front of City Council. And it still felt like I was calling on deaf ears. I just don't understand how thousands of gallons of biohazard of public raw sewage (during a pandemic) be handled with such blatant disregard for all lives.... it saddens me....I'm not discouraged, I'm encouraged to find another avenue to right this wrong. The punchline of the whole entire thing is that my home was filled with that raw sewage and they took it from my home and put it to the street.... the first incident happened January 2019 at a capacity of 2400 gallons. The second incident happened October 2020 at 1100 gallons of raw sewage in my home because the first incident was not fixed and it happened again when you're dealing with a Biohazard you should fix the problem immediately and not having having a second time show my community has been toxic since January 2019 shame on them for not taking care of the problem the first time otherwise it wouldn't have happened a second time. It seems my city cares more about a casino that was just built here in Everett ma, then the issue of a biohazard be in the public streets. To add fuel to the fire they poured a gallon of bleach (which i gave them) onto the drain hose where the raw sewage was pouring out from to clean the area. I'm shaking my head as I look at the photos and look at the videos and I just cannot get over what I'm watching and why isn't this a big deal. If anybody has any advice please I would love to hear some because I'm stumped but determined.
