I LIVE IN MELBOURNE FL. 7 PEOPLE HAVE DIED OF CANCER IN THE PAST YEAR.I HAVE BLADDER CANCER/REFUSE CHEMO OR RADIATION. THIS IS JUST ON MY STREET.ALSO MY NEIGHBORS DOG AND MY CAT GONE.OUR STREET IS SMALL ONLY 10 HOUSES..CALLED HEALTH DEPT.SAID THEY WOULD TAKE NOTE.......
Hello: if someone just purchased/in process of finalizing a house in Satellite Beach and then learned about these issues, would they have any leg to stand w the help of an attorney in regards to requesting any testing be done before finishing the buying process?
