Hello: if someone just purchased/in process of finalizing a house in Satellite Beach and then learned about these issues, would they have any leg to stand w the help of an attorney in regards to requesting any testing be done before finishing the buying process?
Best to check with your real estate agent. Every state has different laws about what you can do when.... most inspections do not include environmental testing so you would most likely need to negotiate that.
