I installed a reverse osmosis filter to ensure clean drinking water, now I have learned that reverse osmosis leaches minerals from my body. I wonder if taking potassium, magnesium, and calcium supplements will be enough to counter this mineral loss or would I be better off exposing myself to toxic water? Damned if I do and damned if I don’t.
Reverse osmosis takes everything out of the water the bad stuff and the good stuff (minerals). You can add minerals drops or sea salt to your water or supplement with vitamins.

Thank you; I hope this is enough
